By registering for this event, you have read and agree to abide by the Sunbury and District Table Tennis Association's RULES and POLICIES that can be found on our website here.

If you are a parent/guardian registering on behalf of a junior player, you agree to the additional requirements of Sunbury and District Table Tennis Association as listed below:

I will be responsible for all actions of the player named above while the player is playing or waiting to play
I will endeavour to assist in the supervision of the player named above while the player is playing or waiting to play
I will ensure that the fees due resulting from the player being registered are paid before the season commences
I will ensure the attendance of the player to matches
